The ZAGG folio keyboard is a great keyboard for the iPad. It protects it pretty well too, I have dropped it and it has been fine. I have bought this keyboard a long time ago and been using it for a while. I did use it for my Bluetooth keyboard for my Mac mini as well, but I stopped because I had to charge it like 3 or 4 times a month, but now I only use for iPad Air 2 and I only charge once or twice every 3 or 4 months. If it is not used every day it last a lot longer. I like how it makes the iPad look like a small laptop. The hinge on it has lasted and doesn’t feel like it weakened or anything, still feels strong and my iPad is still held up well. The keys are closer together because it is smaller and I feel that I got used to it after using it for a while. I am thinking of getting one for my wife’s iPad mini so she can do some type ink on her iPad as well. When I do I will see if the keyboard is too small or not for it.
I really like the keyboard and will probably continue to purchase if and when I get a new iPad. I also like it better than bring a laptop everywhere, I can do almost anything with it like a laptop. The keys that are on here control lock screen, exit out of apps, volume, mute, play, pause, fast forward, rewind, search, Siri, the normal keys a keyboard has, and a function key to do more things. The main reason I got the keyboard is to protect my iPad and to have a keyboard that lights up, it helps me when I can’t see very well and when it gets dark. You can turn it off if you like but I like using it everywhere, I really like the light up keys. This keyboard is also a keyboard that the keys go down when you push them its not the ones that you touch keys and nothing happens.
This keyboard is a buy for sure it is everything I wanted in a keyboard and more. I am typing this blog and many others on this keyboard, and probably will typ more.
